Our color analysis cards are offered for sale as fashion accessories and personal tools to assist with wardrobe choices. Their purpose is to help individuals create a confident and harmonious style. These products are intended for informational and recreational use only and should not be considered equivalent to a professional image consulting, styling, or color analysis service.

The use of color analysis cards cannot replace personalized guidance provided by an image consultant or stylist, such as through draping sessions or personalized diagnostics. The buyer acknowledges that the cards are indicative tools, and their interpretation and application are at their sole discretion.

getyourshade shall not be held liable for any misuse of the products or for wardrobe or aesthetic choices made solely on the basis of these accessories. All products are sold new, in compliance with applicable Belgian legal standards.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card (CB).
Payment: Immediate upon ordering.
Service fees: None.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered in Benelux, France, Spain, Italy an Germany via Mondial Relay.

Germany :

• 0,25 kg à 0,5 kg : 13,25 €

• 1 kg : 13,25 €

• Customers can track their orders via Mondial Relay’s tracking service.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. No justification is required, but return shipping costs are at your expense.

Return conditions :

• Products must be new, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

• Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

• For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

• Incomplete or damaged products will not be refunded.

• In case of error or defective product, please contact us within 7 working days, including photos as proof.

• Exception – Digital products:
  Digital products (such as downloadable files or those accessible via a link after purchase) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with applicable law. Once access has been granted or the download has occurred, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned product, using the original payment method.

6. Liability and Disputes

• getyourshade cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

• All products comply with Belgian and European legislation.

• In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.

• Failing agreement, Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
